Terms & Conditions - Birth Atelier London

1. ABOUT US

Birth Atelier London is operated by Clementine Hamdan, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom.

 

2. OUR SERVICES

Birth Atelier London provides boutique antenatal education programmes, including group sessions, guest expert sessions, and supporting materials.

 

All content is educational in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Participants remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions.

 

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • Full payment is required to secure your place.

  • Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

4. COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, provided the programme has not started.

 

If the programme begins within this 14-day period, you waive your right to cancel once participation has started.

 

5. CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

After the 14-day cooling-off period:

  • payments are non-refundable

  • transfers to a future cohort may be offered at our discretion

  • you may transfer your place to another person with prior approval

 

6. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME

We reserve the right to:

  • adjust session dates or times

  • replace facilitators or guest speakers

  • adapt content where necessary

This may occur, for example, if the facilitator is attending a birth.

 

Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

7. PARTICIPANTS RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants agree to:

  • respect the confidentiality of the group

  • contribute to a supportive, non-judgmental environment

  • refrain from recording sessions or sharing content

​

8. RECORDINGS
Some sessions may be recorded for the purpose of creating educational materials for future cohorts.

 

Recordings are designed to focus on the facilitator and/or guest speaker. Participants are not intended to be visible or identifiable.

​

While sessions may be recorded continuously, all recordings are carefully edited to remove any participant voices, names, or identifying information.

​

Any questions or contributions may be anonymised and presented in written form.

​

If you have any concerns, you are encouraged to contact us in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

​

9. COURSE MATERIALS

Any materials provided (including recordings, documents, or resources) are for personal use only.

 

They may not be:

  • shared

  • reproduced

  • distributed

  • used for commercial purposes

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content, including:

  • teaching frameworks

  • materials

  • recordings

remains the intellectual property of Birth Atelier London.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birth Atelier London is not liable for:

  • medical outcomes

  • personal decisions made by participants

  • indirect or consequential losses

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme.

​

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
