BIRTH ATELIER PREGNANCY CLASS

AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR 9-WEEK FULHAM ANTENATAL PROGRAMME

If you’re pregnant and finding yourself overwhelmed by information, unsure what matters, or simply wanting to feel more confident about the months ahead this is a place to begin.

This is a live evening session in Fulham, London designed to help you understand what lies ahead in your pregnancy and how maternity care actually works.

We’ll explore your options, make sense of the system, and help you feel more confident in the decisions ahead.

Pregnancy can be a time of excitement

but also uncertainty.

During pregnancy, you’re offered a wide range of tests, scans, monitoring and recommendations.

Many of these can be valuable.

But few women are given a clear understanding of what they are for.

As a result, many couples move through pregnancy following a sequence of appointments without fully understanding the bigger picture.

Yet, the choices made during pregnancy often shape the conditions in which birth unfolds.

THIS IS WHY  UNDERSTANDING HOW MATERNITY CARE ACTUALLY WORKS AND HOW TO NAVIGATE IT MATTERS SO MUCH.

AND WHY THIS SESSION WAS CREATED.

What to expect

A CLEAR, GUIDED SESSION

A SPACE TO ASK QUESTIONS

A SMALL, CONSIDERED GROUP

We’ll walk through how the maternity system is structured, the options available to you, and how different decisions can shape your experience of pregnancy and birth - alongside what to expect physically and emotionally as your pregnancy progresses.

This is not a lecture. There is time for discussion, questions, and reflection so you can connect what you’re learning to your own situation.

Sessions are intentionally limited in size, creating a calm, focused environment where you can engage fully and leave with clarity.

Fulham / Parsons Green  -  Approximately 2 hours In person  -  Partners welcome  -  Live Q&A

Here's what you need

Information that helps you understand what’s happening, what’s being offered, and why it matters.

A way to make sense of your options, so you’re not simply following a path, but actively choosing it.

And the confidence that comes from knowing how to use that understanding in the decisions ahead.
