What to expect

This is a 9-session small-group antenatal programme designed to support you in preparing for birth and early parenthood in an informed, calm and connected way. You’ll join a group of women at a similar stage of pregnancy, combining expert-led sessions with space for conversation and reflection. The programme includes: — 7 women-only sessions — 1 dedicated partner only preparation session — 1 birth rehearsal session attended as a couple, in smaller groups (you’ll attend one of two final sessions) Sessions are led by experienced practitioners and cover birth physiology, navigating maternity care, practical preparation, and early postpartum. The group is limited to 12 women to ensure a personalised and supportive experience.
